What You’ll Be Doing
* Assisting Project Managers and site teams with day-to-day coordination tasks
* Supporting procurement activities (RFQs, purchase orders, supplier follow-ups)
* Helping maintain project documentation and records
* Assisting with project reporting, cost tracking, and forecasting
* Coordinating travel, accommodation, and mobilisation for personnel
* Preparing meeting minutes and general project communications
* Supporting compliance with safety, quality, and environmental requirements
