Dispatch Assistant

Chempro Chemists has an exciting and challenging opportunity for a part time dispatch assistant to work within our dedicated Aged Care team. This position offers the chance to work in a rapidly expanding industry with the use of the latest technologies in pharmacy services. The role offers the flexibility in hours to work well for someone that is required to perform school pick up and drop offs.
Located in Bundall, but servicing Nursing Homes across the Gold Coast, Brisbane, the Sunshine Coast, and Northern NSW, the ideal candidate will assist our pharmacists in servicing multiple nursing homes. Come join us and become an integral part of our team ensuring the accurate delivery of medication supply to aged care patients.
On the job training will be provided. You will have the opportunity to become intimately experienced with some of the newest technologies and procedures in the industry.
The position will involve:
* Sorting the medications to be packed in boxes for delivery to our nursing homes
The successful applicant should be able to demonstrate:
* High level of organisation and ability to see tasks through to final outcome
* Excellent and diplomatic communication skills
* The ability to integrate into a busy team environment
* The desire to learn and assimilate to new processes and a energetic workplace
* Ability to work with set processes to prepare medications for delivery to multiple Residential Aged Care facilities
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* High level of organisation and ability to see tasks through to final outcome.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Established computer proficiency
- The ability to work in a team environment
- Proven administration skills and strong attention to detail
