Performance Creative Lead (Paid Ads)
SnapWireless is growing fast, and we're looking for a Performance Creative Lead to own performance-driven creative across our paid advertising channels.
This role is purely focused on paid ads. You won't be creating organic socials content, or high-production brand videos. Your mission is to create amazing short-form video ads that drive performance, while testing, iterating, and scaling what works.

About the Role
As the Performance Creative Lead, you'll take full ownership of paid advertising creative across Meta, TikTok, and other performance channels.
This is a hands-on role covering ideation, scripting, filming, testing, and iteration of short-form video ads built specifically for paid media.
You'll work closely with our marketing team reporting to our Head of Growth, manage an offshore editor, and continuously refine creative based on performance data, not opinions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan & write high performing scripts, testing hook, angles, formats and content pillars
* Film and edit high quality short-from content for paid channels (primarily Meta & TikTok)
* Manage and brief an offshore editor to scale creative output
* Leading content shoots with models/avatars
* Identify audience insights and trends to shape effective paid ad creative.
* Help manage the content calendar and ensure timely production
* Analysing performance metrics, continuously testing and iterating creative based on results
* Collaborate with the marketing team on campaign priorities and ad strategy
* Support key promotions and sales periods with performance-focused creative
About You
You're a performance-first creator who understands that winning ads come from speed, testing, and continuous iteration.
You're confident owning creative end-to-end and enjoy working in a results-driven environment.
Your skillset likely includes:
* Experience creating short-form video ads for paid social
* Strong understanding of hooks, retention, and conversion
* Confidence filming fast, platform-native content
* Experience working with editors or managing creative workflows
* A performance mindset, caring about results, not just aesthetics
* Strong proficiency in platforms like Adobe Premiere Pro & CapCut
* An Eye for lighting, audio, and framing
* Solid understanding of digital trends and platform nuances
* Strong project management and organisational skills.
* Bonus: Experience working with DTC brands, creating product specific content.
