About the Role
As a Dental Assistant in our thriving Townsville practice, you'll play a key role in clinical treatment. You'll confidently and expertly provide high quality clinical and administrative assistance to practice clinicians, as well as engage with patients in a positive and professional way. Your energetic nature and strong organisational skills will help to ensure the ongoing success of the practice and the satisfaction of patients.
Skills & Experience
You have:
* Dental Assistant experience - highly regarded
* Sound computer literacy skills with proficiency in the MS Office suite
* Previous experience using Dental 4 Windows (D4W) - desirable
* Certificate III in Dental Assisting (no qualifications necessary but will be highly regarded)
You are:
* Highly professional, with a polished image and good personal presentation
* An excellent communicator - both written and oral - with strong attention to detail
* Extremely organised, with the ability to prioritise busy workloads and manage multiple demands within required timeframes
* Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic
* Regular hours Monday to Friday (7:30am–5:00pm), with some weekend work
* Full-time employees receive 76 hours per fortnight with one RDO each week
