**Your new role**
Whilst delivering on the transition from SAP CRM to the PACE (Salesforce based) CRM, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities to improve internal service delivery processes and systems to provide better experiences for participants, allowing staff to deliver outcomes in the most efficient and effective manner.
**What you'll need to succeed**
Responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:
Delivering the (Salesforce based) initiative and increasing the automation and on-system activity in support of Participant Service Improvement Plan. Supporting the business in adopting solutions and increasing efficiency to complete tasks.
Leading the end to end delivery of projects through the design and build phases. Clearly defining requirements for the PACE (Salesforce based) CRM components of the desired Participant and Provider experiences. Providing Product Ownership to support business system and processes.
