**The opportunity**
We are seeking an Account Manager join our team. In this role you will be responsible for the following:
- Maintain and develop client relationships through strong communication
- Find opportunities with current client base (mínimal business development)
- Attract and engage talent through various recruitment strategies, including our internal database, LinkedIn Recruiter, Seek Talent search and outreach
- Management of the full recruitment process, including: proactively sourcing, traditional advertising and creative outreach, screening and interviewing, onboarding and document collection, placement and timesheets and retention
- Generate reporting for people in work and other reporting when required
- Continuously create new opportunities
**What you will need**
To be successful in this role you will have a drive to deliver and be a highly organised individual. You will be passionate about helping others succeed and be committed to this role.
You will also have:
- A positive 'can-do' attitude
- Experience as a Recruitment Consultant is essential
- Understanding of 360 recruitment, including timesheet, awards, and salary negotiations
- Demonstrated experience managing external and internal stakeholders
- Desire to improve and develop new strategies and processes
- Capability and willingness to learn new systems and processes
- Business degree or similar (desirable)
- You may be required to undergo a National Police Check
