The Role
As Head Chef, you will:
* Lead, mentor & train a diverse culinary team across all onsite catering operations
* Oversee daily food service delivery, including boarding, canteen, functions & events
* Drive high standards in quality, presentation, and consistency
* Maintain and champion strong HACCP and food safety compliance
* Manage dietary requirements with precision & care
* Control ordering, stock management, & costings
* Build a positive, high-performance kitchen culture
This role requires equal parts operational excellence and people leadership. You will be the face of the kitchen, setting standards and creating an environment where your team can excel.

* A qualified Chef with proven leadership experience in high-volume environments
* Passionate about food, team development, & continuous improvement
* Highly competent in HACCP, food safety systems, & compliance
* Experienced in managing diverse dietary needs with confidence
* Organised, commercially aware, & comfortable owning kitchen performance
