People & Culture Administrator
We are seeking a skilled People and Culture professional to join our team in this exciting opportunity.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative services and advising staff across the organisation in P & C administrative processes.
Key duties include:
* Monitoring the People and Culture inbox and responding or elevating to relevant team members.
* Providing advice to staff on People and Culture related administrative matters.
* Undertaking primary administrator duties of the HRIS, including reporting and audits as directed, and guiding others in navigating the HRIS.
* Developing and implementing P & C related administrative processes.
* Supporting recruitment activities.
