Job Description

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the automotive aftermarket sector.Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve growth targets.Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and product delivery.Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients.Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure profitable deals.Provide regular reports on sales performance and market insights.

The Successful Applicant

A Successful Business Development Manager Should Have

Proven experience in sales within the automotive aftermarket or industrial/manufacturing industry.Strong understanding of the automotive aftermarket sector.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Ability to develop and implement effective sales in using CRM tools and other sales-related software.A results-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events.
