ABOUT THE POSITION.
This position offers a fantastic opportunity for a drafter looking to advance their career, as well as for new or recently qualified drafters, engineers, and engineering students eager to gain experience. DUTIES.
Understand and prepare engineering documentation as directed
Ensure drawings are comprehensively set out and fully dimensioned with reasonable tolerances to facilitate effective construction or manufacture using normally available equipment and process
Liaise with relevant stakeholders and consultants
Check the drawings prepared by the other draftspersons when directed
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
Diploma or certificate in Civil drafting or building design drafting
Minimum 2 years of local experience as a Civil Drafter
The ability to work in a culturally diverse and multi-disciplinary team environment
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in using AutoCAD and Civil 3D
