We are seeking a seasoned Cloud Infrastructure Operations Manager to lead and maintain critical data center infrastructure through rigorous change management processes.
The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in troubleshooting complex technical issues, optimizing operational costs while maintaining exceptional reliability standards.
This role requires strong communication skills, sound judgment under pressure, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities include:
* Leading and managing teams of 24x7 engineering technicians
* Driving continuous improvement projects from conception to completion
* Coordinating with third-party vendors to ensure SLA compliance
* Operating as the after-hours on-call Data Center Facility Manager for the data centers in the region
* Promoting a culture of operational excellence through preventive maintenance, risk management, and process improvement initiatives
This is a dynamic role that requires flexibility to work outside normal business hours and includes physical requirements such as lifting equipment up to 20 kg, working in confined spaces, and at elevated locations while following safety protocols.
