Job Title: Senior Pharmacy Leader
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Pharmacist to lead our clinical pharmacy service team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, leading and providing a contemporary clinical pharmacy service for patients admitted under General Medicine and other Specialties at Alice Springs Hospital and Tennant Creek Hospital.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and lead the clinical pharmacy service team to ensure high-quality patient care and outcomes.
* Develop and implement clinical pharmacy services and programs to improve patient health outcomes.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
* Maintain accurate records and reports on patient care and medication use.
Requirements
* Pharmaceutical qualifications (e.g., Bachelor of Pharmacy or equivalent).
* Current registration as a pharmacist in Australia.
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a leadership or management role in a healthcare setting.
* Demonstrated expertise in clinical pharmacy practice and leadership.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
