What You Bring
* Experience in Contact Centres, Customer Service, or Office Administration
* Comfortable handling high call volumes and navigating multiple CRM/document management systems
* Ability to interpret technical data and communicate it effectively to the relevant audience
* Strong communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude
* Previous experience in government, utilities, or professional services is a plus
