About the role
This role leads the delivery of Tennis Victoria’s flagship corporate and stakeholder events, including the Victorian Tennis Awards and major business functions, ensuring each event reflects the organisation’s values, strategic priorities, and brand standards.
As a key contributor to the Profile & Partnerships team, this position oversees the end-to-end planning, execution and evaluation of organisation-wide events, while also supporting partnership management through activation delivery and pitch preparation. Working cross-functionally, the role ensures events and partnership activities are executed professionally, create value for stakeholders, and enhance Tennis Victoria’s profile and reputation.
In this role you will:
* Plan, manage and deliver all major Tennis Victoria corporate events.
* Provide event and logistics support to departments across the organisation, including training sessions, launches and bespoke activations.
* Support the execution of partner activations across campaigns and events, ensuring contractual benefits are fulfilled and brand standards are upheld.
* Assist with the development of partnership materials including pitch decks, reports, presentations and proposals.
About you
To be successful in this role you will have:
* A Tertiary qualifications in event management, marketing, communications, sport management or a related discipline.
* A minimum 5 years’ experience in event management and stakeholder engagement, preferably within sport or not-for-profit sectors.
* Proven experience managing corporate, stakeholder and/or public-facing events from concept to completion.
* A strong logistical, organisational and supplier management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
* Demonstrated experience working with brand partners or sponsors, including delivering activations and supporting partnership servicing.
* A current Police Check and Working with Children Check (or be willing to obtain) .
* Preparedness to be flexible in regard to working hours and arrangements relating to work associated with Tennis VIC.
