Director of Delivery | User Access Management
Join our Identity and Cybersecurity UAM team to lead the program office for a major digital initiative. Our UAM Transformation Program focuses on designing and operating User Access Management controls across the Macquarie Group.

What will you do?
As the Director of Delivery for User Access Management (UAM), you will manage key project tasks, ensure delivery against milestones, oversee budget and workforce planning, and drive actions to completion. You will build relationships at various organizational levels, resolve complex issues, co-design program scope, and collaborate with stakeholders to maintain a strategic roadmap from strategy to execution.
You will oversee risk management, organize steering committees, and implement governance standards. Ensuring compliance will be a top priority, along with prioritizing work and monitoring performance. You will also lead continuous improvement initiatives through quarterly retrospectives to keep processes efficient and effective.
What are we looking for?
* 10+ years in Product/Program Management, with recent experience in building and/or operating enterprise-wide Cyber/IT services within large financial institutions
* Proven experience in Strategy to Execution, ideally in the Cyber domain
* Expertise in Project Management disciplines including strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, best practices, delivery tracking, and blocker resolution
* Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and manage expectations in a challenging environment
* Strong leadership skills to motivate cross-functional teams
* Experience with Agile methodologies, improving ways of working, and influencing stakeholders
