I'm currently working with a growing business in the FMCG sector, known for its fast pace and fun, engaging culture. The environment is less corporate and more connected, with plenty of opportunities to get involved socially. As they enter into their peak period, they are looking to bring on a Customer Service Representative on a 4-month contract.
The Role
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, this 4-month contract role is focused on managing customer orders end-to-end. You'll be responsible for processing and tracking orders across multiple channels (EDI, systems and manual entry), ensuring accuracy and timeliness at every step. The role involves close coordination with internal teams, customers, and external logistics partners, while navigating the compliance and detail involved in stock movements and SKU management. It's a hands-on position where ownership and follow-through are key.
The Ideal Candidate
You'll bring customer service experience, ideally from a fast-paced environment, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage complex order processing. You'll be confident in learning new systems, adaptable to intricate processes, and able to build strong relationships across internal and external stakeholders. A proactive, solutions-focused mindset will set you apart, as will your ability to stay on top of detail while delivering a seamless customer experience.
