About the Role
Helloworld Travel Darwin is looking for a passionate and experienced Travel Consultant to join our team. In this full-time role, you’ll be at the heart of crafting personalised travel experiences, delivering exceptional service and helping our clients turn their travel dreams into reality. Based in our Darwin office, you’ll enjoy working in a supportive and collaborative environment where your expertise and creativity are valued.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver outstanding customer service to both leisure and corporate clients
- Research and recommend tailored travel options to suit individual needs and preferences
- Design and prepare personalised itineraries covering flights, accommodation, tours and activities
- Provide clear, timely and accurate information throughout the booking process
- Anticipate and respond to customer needs with professionalism and care
- Stay up to date with travel products, destinations and promotions
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure a seamless customer experience
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Travel Consultant or in a similar customer-facing role
- Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to truly understand client needs
- Excellent research and problem-solving skills with a creative approach to meeting requirements
- Solid knowledge of global travel destinations, products and industry regulations
- High attention to detail with the ability to work accurately under pressure
- A genuine passion for travel and delivering exceptional experiences
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency with booking systems
