About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled Remedial Construction Estimator to support our growing workload. In this role, you will:Prepare detailed and accurate estimates for remedial and rectification projectsAnalyse building reports, engineering documentation, and site inspectionsPrepare BOQs, tender submissions, and cost plansIdentify project risks and propose solutionsLiaise with clients, strata managers, engineers, suppliers, and subcontractorsWork closely with project managers to ensure smooth project delivery
What We’re Looking ForTo be successful, you will have:Experience in remedial or rectification construction estimatingStrong understanding of building defects, water ingress, concrete repair, façade remediation, waterproofing, and structural rectificationAbility to read and interpret engineering drawings and building reportsStrong attention to detail with excellent analytical and negotiating skillsA proactive attitude and excellent communication skills
