About the practice
Our organisation is a well-regarded private counselling practice based in Karratha, WA. Since 2017, we've grown from a solo practice into a trusted provider of individual, couples, and workplace counselling within our community. Our approach is practical, down-to-earth, and deeply human. Experience and qualifications required
* Fully registered with AHPRA, hold current membership with PACFA or ACA, or are an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker with the AASW.
* At least two years' experience providing counselling to adults in a clinical setting (essential), with experience or interest in couples work viewed favourably.
* Work from an evidence-informed framework and adapt flexibly to client needs.
* Confident working independently while collaborating with a supportive team.
* Bring a grounded, ethical, and thoughtful approach to client care.
