We’re constantly growing our team to help us provide even better support, advice, and assistance for local businesses throughout Northern Virginia, Metro Washington DC, and Maryland.
The right applicant will be able to handle the following responsibilities:
1. Providing technician support, including troubleshooting and/or investigating issues quickly for our clients.
2. Handling the support ticket queue while keeping the SLA in mind to ensure client satisfaction.
3. Repairing hardware and software failures and working as a liaison with third-party technology vendors.
4. Installing hardware and software, as well as monitoring backups to ensure environments run smoothly.
Please keep in mind, the following requirements will be necessary upon joining our team:
1. MSP and/or MSSP experience
2. Minimum of 4 years experience in information technology/technical support
3. Understanding of domains, firewalls, switches, etc.
4. Excellent oral and written communication skills
5. Interpersonal skills
6. Self motivation
7. Working knowledge of various technologies:
1. Microsoft Office 2010-2016
2. Microsoft operating systems (Windows XP – 10)
3. Active Directory
4. Microsoft 365
5. Mobile devices (OS/Android)
6. Backup Solutions – StorageCraft, Barracuda, Acronis, Backup Exec
