Position OverviewDue to continued business expansion and a growing managed services client portfolio, we are seeking technically competent Network & Systems Engineers to strengthen our infrastructure support capability.
This role is critical in delivering enterprise-grade network and systems support to ERP and application-managed service clients. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust network and systems infrastructure to ensure optimal performance, availability, and reliability for ERP applications and other IT managed services clients.
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong technical expertise, a consultative mindset, and the ability to align technology solutions with client business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, implement, and maintain enterprise network and systems infrastructure
* Provide advanced support for client ERP and application environments
* Manage routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs, and wireless networks
* Monitor system performance, availability, and security posture
* Implement cybersecurity controls, firewall policies, and access frameworks
* Perform capacity planning, optimization, and infrastructure modelling
* Lead system upgrades, migrations, and technology refresh initiatives
* Conduct root-cause analysis and resolve complex incidents
* Maintain accurate technical documentation and network diagrams
* Provide escalation support and technical leadership to support teams
* Collaborate with stakeholders to align IT services with business requirements
* Identify opportunities for service improvement and technology enhancement
Required Qualifications and Experience
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline (preferred)
* Minimum 5 years' experience in network and systems engineering roles
* Strong hands-on experience with LAN, WAN, WLAN, and enterprise environments
* Proficiency with routers, switches, firewalls, and VPN technologies
* Experience supporting Windows-based server and network services
* Solid understanding of cybersecurity best practices and compliance standards
* Experience with Cisco, MikroTik, or equivalent enterprise platforms
* Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-resolution skills
* Excellent verbal, written, and stakeholder engagement capabilities
Desirable Skills
* Industry certifications (CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA Network+, Security+, or equivalent)
* Experience in cloud and hybrid infrastructure environments
* Exposure to automation, monitoring, and performance management tools
* Knowledge of IT governance and service management frameworks
