Lead Mechanical Aerospace Engineer Location: Brisbane, Queensland, Australia An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Lead Mechanical Aerospace Engineer to join a cutting-edge aerospace and defence project. As the project moves into a critical development phase, the team is seeking an experienced Lead Mechanical Aerospace Engineer to take ownership of key airframe and mechanical systems and support the successful integration of the aircraft platform. The Role As Lead Mechanical Aerospace Engineer, you will play a key role in the design, integration, and validation of the aircraft’s mechanical systems. Working closely with the Chief Engineer and multidisciplinary engineering team, you will ensure the aircraft meets demanding performance, weight, and structural requirements while supporting the integration of propulsion and electrical subsystems. This role is ideally suited to a hands-on aerospace engineer who enjoys solving complex engineering challenges and bringing together advanced technologies to deliver real-world capability.
