About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled customer service professional to join our dynamic team. As a Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers by identifying and supporting them in exploring their current and future financial needs.
You will undertake transaction activities for customers, educate them on using digital banking solutions, and conduct needs-based conversations to generate opportunities in personal banking and lending.
About You
To thrive in this role, you must possess excellent communication and relationship building skills. We are looking for career-minded individuals with a genuine interest in or passion for banking who are team players who love to collaborate and bring a proactive attitude and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
While previous banking experience is not required, you must be able to understand and communicate complex financial information effectively.
