* Lead a team of professionals in HR, policy, and governance functions.
* Provide business partnership to the Chief Operating Officer.
* Ensure the execution of people strategy, including organization design, change management, remuneration, employee relations, and employee value proposition.
* Develop and implement policies, procedures, and guidelines to support the organization's goals.
* Manage complex risks and proactively address them.
* Investigate and analyze complex people and legal issues.
* Communicate effectively with executives, board members, and other stakeholders.
* Lead and manage teams to achieve business outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
This position requires an experienced Head of People & Culture who is aligned to our purpose and values. The successful candidate will put our members' needs first and have a strong understanding of organizational design, change management, and human resources.
The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, business acumen, and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders. They will also have a deep understanding of organizational culture, strategic planning, and talent management.
