The Role
As a lead Interior Designer, you will be the primary design contact for clients, working across all aspects of interior finishes for luxury residential projects. This is a hands-on role where you'll manage selections, guide client decisions, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure the company's design integrity is maintained from concept to completion.
About You
* Tertiary qualification in Interior Design or Interior Architecture
* Minimum 3+ years' professional experience for Mid-Level; 7-10+ years for Senior roles
* Strong portfolio demonstrating high-end residential and/or commercial work
* Proven experience in luxury residential interior design essential for Senior ID Role
* Strong knowledge of finishes and materials, including stone, tiles, timber, and hardware
* Advanced cabinetry design skills with an emphasis on elegance and function
* Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
* Excellent Revit skills preferred; confident across industry-standard design tools
* Deep understanding of design detailing, materiality, and construction processes
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* A collaborative mindset with a passion for delivering beautifully crafted outcomes
Responsibilities
* Lead or support the design and documentation of high-end residential and commercial interiors from concept to completion
* Collaborate with architects, consultants, and makers to bring design intent to life
* Produce detailed drawings, specifications, and finishes schedules
* Source and curate materials, finishes, and furnishings aligned with project vision
* Attend and contribute to client presentations and site meetings
* (Senior) Mentor junior team members and promote design excellence
