**Description**:
**Key responsibilities include**:
- Managing and optimising all logístical functions, including transportation, distribution, inventory control, and warehousing
- Ensure a high level of customer service and satisfaction through effective branch inventory management and timely deliveries
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve operational and delivery efficiency
- Leading and mentoring a team of delivery and warehouse staff to achieve Branch goals and objectives
- Collaborating with other team members to streamline processes and enhance overall business operations
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
- Analysing data to make informed decisions on resource allocation, delivery planning, and process improvements
- Contributing to the development of long-term business plans to support company growth and expansion
**Skills and Experiences**:
**Qualifications**:
- Forklift and truck licenses are advantageous
- Dangerous Goods Drivers Licence is advantageous
**Skills & Experience**:
Demonstrated experience in a logistics coordinator or similar role.
Previous experience in a customer service position is highly desirable.
Familiarity with stock and inventory management is preferred.
Experience in a supervisory or leadership role is advantageous.
Strong organisational and time management skills are essential.
Logistics and fleet management expertise is advantageous.
Capable of multitasking and effectively prioritising multiple transport schedules.
