Operating Model & Innovation Lead adoption of agent-assisted leadership tools to increase decision velocity Champion the integration of Retail within the Find–Buy–Own ecosystem Drive alignment between retail and broader distribution functions. Leadership Serve as a senior member of the Distribution Leadership Team, contributing to strategic direction, decision-making, and organisational leadership.
