We currently have a positionfor a 2nd - 4th year Sheetmetal Apprentice in Clontarf. The right candidate will have relevant industry experience and will have experience with aluminium fabrication and welding. Our host employer prides themselves on their ability to create high quality customised steel fabrications in many industries including but not limited to automotive, construction, marine, defence, medical and mining.

Applicants must meet the following criteria:
· Be a 2nd - 4th year apprentice and have relevant industry experience.
· Have Aluminium fabrication and welding experience.
· Have laser cutting & turret punching experience
· Have experience operating brake presses.
· CNC machine operation experience would be advantageous but not essential
· Able to read and interpret technical drawings.
· Willing to learn to fabricate to a high standard and within tolerances.
· TAFE up to date preferable.
· Possess a driver's licence with reliable transport.
· Be punctual and have a good attendance record.
· Be motivated and have a positive attitude.
· Follow instructions well.
· Able to work safely.
· Be an Australian citizen or have permanent residency status.
· Be open to gaining experience in all facets of the trade.

Upon Successful completion, applicants will recive a nationally accredited Certificate III in Engineering – Fabrication Trade
