Our People & Culture team is looking for a People Data Analyst to join our vast community of solvers. The People & Culture team brings our purpose to life by being innovators across all areas relating to people. We stay ahead of the game on the latest management thinking and cutting edge technology.
You'll help solve complex problems by using your skills in:
Performance and Reward
Remuneration Practices
Data Analysis
Excel Spreadsheets, modeling and manipulation
Power BI
Alteryx
Impact
Developing advanced modeling techniques to drive data-driven insights and strategic decision-making within the People & Culture function
Acting as an AI champion by leveraging artificial intelligence tools and methodologies to enhance HR processes and drive innovation
Performing as a change analyst to support organizational change initiatives and facilitate smooth transitions in processes and systems
Enhancing delivery of Performance & Reward systems by identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing effective solutions
Utilizing Power BI for data visualization and reporting to provide actionable insights for the P&C team
Implementing automation strategies to streamline workflows and improve efficiency in People & Culture operations
