We are currently preparing response to an upcoming opportunity, and should we be successful we would be looking for potentially a Test Engineer. Join a forward‑looking program shaping the next generation of secure cloud capabilities across government. In this role, you will work within project delivery and the broader Cloud Services workstream. You will play a key part in ensuring the cloud environments, deployment patterns, and automation pipelines are secure, stable, and consistently delivered. What you’ll be doing Creating and executing structured test cases and end‑to‑end test plans to confirm that cloud configurations, deployment flows, and automated release pipelines function as intended. Verifying the quality and correctness of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) deployments—ensuring cloud resources are provisioned, configured, and managed accurately. Embedding modern DevSecOps testing practices, including automated regression, integration testing, and security validation within CI/CD workflows. Assessing environment configuration, version‑controlled artefacts, and release processes to ensure compliance and repeatability. Monitoring and reporting on pipeline stability, deployment quality, system behaviour, and overall test outcomes to drive ongoing improvement. Collaborating closely with cloud engineering, DevOps, security, and network teams to ensure delivered solutions align with design intent and operational requirements. About you You bring demonstrated experience in: Testing within major cloud modernisation programs—ideally within the federal government. Validating cloud configurations, IaC (e.g., Terraform, Bicep, ARM), and CI/CD pipelines. Developing scripts for automated regression testing in modern cloud delivery environments.
