Overview
We’re hiring Christmas Experience Team members (our Elves) across Australia and Current Zealand to create magical moments for Santa’s visitors. You will be the friendly face guiding guests through their experience, sharing the joy of the season from start to finish. The role is based at sites in the Adelaide Region, including Colonnades, Elizabeth City Centre, West Lakes, Tea Tree Plaza, and Marion.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Welcome families and spread Christmas cheer
- Help capture magical Santa photos
- Ensure a fun, stress-free experience for kids and adults
- Work with a tight-knit team to make holiday memories happen
- Process and package visitor prints and photo packages with care and attention to detail
- Ensure every family’s photo moment with Santa is top quality, the ultimate keepsake and memory of their Christmas experience
All training is provided, hours are flexible, and the ‘office’ is magical. If you are:

- Have or be willing to obtain a Working with Children's Clearance
