Senior Manager - SAP TM Lead Job Description
As a Senior Manager, you will lead SAP TM implementation initiatives for clients in the Asia-Pacific region and build internal capability in SAP TM. This role is based in Melbourne.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Lead SAP TM related initiatives from design through to deployment and support.
* Support Greenfield and Brownfield S/4HANA implementations.
* Build local TM capability through coaching and mentoring junior consultants on and off projects.
* Architect and design TM solutions integrating with S/4HANA EWM.
* Develop warehouse management business processes.
What We Look For
* 8 plus years of experience with demonstrated end-to-end TM implementations integrating with S/4HANA EWM.
* Experience with Advanced Shipping and Receiving.
* Expertise in TM configuration and customizations, embedded and/or sidecar.
* Permanent Resident or Australian Citizenship (preferred).
* Ability to gather warehousing and logistics requirements.
* Excellent communication skills both orally and written.
* Demonstrated ability to manage teams both onshore and offshore.
* Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
* Experience in Pre-Sales and Sales processes in relation to S/4HANA and EWM projects.
Ideal Skills and Attributes
* Industry experience in FMCG.
* Proven ability working on-site and blue-collar locations.
* Relevant SAP TM certification.
* Experience using SAP Signavio to develop process models.
* Relevant consulting experience.
