Job Description
* Support SuccessFactors implementation activities, with a strong focus on data migration.
* Participate in and contribute to data migration design workshops.
* Facilitate process mapping, requirements gathering, and the creation of solution documentation.
* Work closely with end‐users to understand business problem statements and translate them into actionable requirements.
* Contribute to organisational design activities, including data models, position design, and structural mapping.
* Collaborate with cross‐functional teams, SMEs, and technical specialists throughout the project lifecycle.
* Ensure all processes and deliverables align with project standards and governance requirements.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Business Analyst should have:
* 3-5 years' experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within a Big 5 or Tier 2 consulting background.
* Demonstrated experience with SuccessFactors.
* Strong capability in data migration, data modelling, and process design.
* Proven ability to work with end‐users and stakeholders at all levels.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to produce high-quality documentation and process artefacts.
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
