Job Description
About the role
Lead Sunshine Coast Trade Service Centre operations to achieve goals defined in Ausreo's National Service Centre Retail Strategy. Be accountable for sales and profit performance while managing, coaching and developing employees to effectively engage within their team. Report to the Queensland State Manager during this exciting major growth period.
Duties
* Establish key performance measures and targets for Trade Service Centre operations
* Monitor Queensland's trade market to promote new products and identify growth opportunities
* Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to drive revenue growth
* Lead team and create inclusive, collaborative environment for employees
* Support major customer negotiations including large project home builders
Skills & Experience
* Tertiary qualification in appropriate field or equivalent work experience
* 5+ years Trade/Wholesale Sales experience in building materials environment
* Proven ability to lead teams and deliver superior customer service
* Demonstrated influence and negotiation skills with internal/external stakeholders
* Exceptional organisational and communication skills
