We are seeking a
**Fixed-Term Optimisation Analyst **for a
**12-month period with the potential for extension**. Flexible work arrangements are also available including working remotely or within our office environment environments across Australia.
This role is suited for an analyst who is passionate in change management including the development of custom dashboards to support our Senior Leadership Team, the optimisation of business and service operations as well as developing current data management and accessibility.
You will work closely with upper management and key operational financial staff to ensure you have the necessary skills and internal knowledge to identify areas for improvement and the development of effective and innovative solutions.
**What we need from you**:
- Experience in;
- Microsoft Business Intelligence Stack (Power BI, SSAS, SSRS, SSIS & SSMS)
- Development with Power BI & Power Apps
- Development database queries on existing SQL Server Databases (Azure SQL Database)
- Data Warehousing (BI/DW)
- Microsoft Applications, including Excel & VBA
- Well developed analytical and problem solving skills
- Demonstrating commitment to on-going learning and skill development
- High self-awareness and self-regulation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work with key stakeholders and maintain effective partnerships
- Strong commercial awareness and business orientated focus
- Qualifications in finance or accounting (preferred but not essential)
