What you'll be doing:
* Delivering customer service that's second to none.
* Driving sales and profitability to exceed store targets.
* Coaching, training, and developing your Best team.
* Showcasing your creativity through strong VM and store presentation.
* Managing stock levels, shrinkage, and day-to-day operations.

* 3+ years management experience in high-volume retail.
* A strong commercial mindset with proven results in sales and cost management.
