Qualifications
* Strong Communication, Interpersonal, and Customer Relationship Management skills
* Knowledge of Financial Products, Financial Analysis, and Market Insights
* Experience in Negotiation and Sales
* Ability to work independently with strong organizational and time management skills
* Certificate IV or Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking
* Proficiency with CRM software and financial analysis tools
* Industry certifications such as RG146 or equivalent are highly desirable
* Proven experience in a sales‐driven environment is a plus
* Own their current loan book or has a lead generating system, leads are not provided
