Job Summary: An organized and process-driven Admin Support professional is sought to manage daily administrative and operational tasks, accounts payable and receivable in Xero, data accuracy in ServiceM8, customer service, scheduling, and office systems.

Key Responsibilities:
· Manage accounts payable and receivable in Xero, including entering invoices, reconciling payments, and following up outstanding accounts.
· Assist with general financial administration and reporting.
· Maintain accurate digital records, documentation, and filing systems.
· Contribute to improving office systems, processes, and administrative efficiency.
· Provide exceptional customer service and support the wider team to deliver seamless operations.
Requirements:

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Xero software.
