We're seeking a motivated Junior Account Specialist to join our Enterprise Sales team at Loadshift. This role is perfect for someone looking to build their career in B2B sales and account management. You'll be responsible for converting qualified leads into active customers and ensuring their successful onboarding onto our platform.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Conversion & Sales (Primary Focus)
* Take ownership of qualified leads generated by our BDR team
* Conduct product demonstrations and consultations with enterprise prospects
* Guide prospects through the decision-making process and close deals
* Achieve monthly sales targets and conversion metrics
Client Onboarding
* Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new enterprise clients
* Ensure all required forms and documentation are completed accurately
* Guide clients through platform setup and registration
* Support clients in posting their first job on the platform
* Conduct onboarding calls and training sessions as needed
* Ensure smooth handover to Operations team for ongoing account management
Account Growth & Retention
* Conduct monthly check-ins with existing enterprise accounts
* Identify opportunities for account expansion and increased platform usage
* Gather feedback and relay insights to improve our service offering
* Build strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organisations
What We're Looking For
Essential:
* Experience in sales, account management, or customer success
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
* Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously
* Comfortable with technology and learning new platforms
* Results-driven with a customer-first mindset
