**Amber for Batteries** **unlocks more value for homeowners with batteries, driving down their energy bills and their payback periods. By storing energy when it's cheap and exporting it to the grid for wholesale feed-in rates of up to $19/kWh, Amber's software is completely changing the economics of home batteries and accelerating the energy transition.
**Amber for EVs** is our EV smart charging solution that helps EV owners save on their charging costs by using more cheap, renewable energy - whether that's their own excess solar energy, or renewable energy that's abundant in the grid. As a** Sales Specialist** you'd be working in a small team talking to prospective customers and educating them about purchasing home solar and battery devices, Amber's Smartshift automation technology to improve their return on investment while also helping accelerate Australia's transition to 100% renewables.
**\uD83D\uDC49\uD83C\uDFFD Responsibilities**:
- ** Achieve**set sales revenue targets, selling home solar & battery packages to residential customers
- ** Outbound** prospective customers, assessing their needs and explaining how Amber can benefit them
- ** Understand** customer needs, identify potential new opportunities in our product, and provide this feedback to the product and technology teams
- ** Provide** key insights around sign up conversion, conversation trends and blockers
- ** Work**with the marketing team to build and target prospective customers
**\uD83C\uDF93 Minimum Qualifications**:
- Effective **communication and interpersonal skills**, essential.
- Experience **working in sales** or similar field, 3 years.
- Experience **working in an outbound sales environment**:
- Ability to **achieve set monthly revenue targets**:
- A history of **achieving sales KPI's**:
- An **understanding of** solar & battery technology, costing and installation scenarios
