As a Manager in our Melbourne CFO Advisory team, you’ll play a vital role in optimising Finance functions by providing a range of advisory services to solve problems, whilst balancing commercial insight and risk management, driving high-quality outcomes for our clients. What you’ll do: Finance function modernisation: Assisting the shift from transaction processing to data led insights for trusted decision making Process Optimisation: Process modernisation, activity analysis, risk and control design and continuous monitoring Finance System Implementation Support: Business Case, chart of accounts design, program management, control design/assurance Cost optimisation: Determining operating model and commercial benefits to fund modernisation programs Transactional Change: Considering pre or post deal support from governance, accounting, integration and synergy realisation What we’re looking for: At least 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, external audit or a related field Bachelor or equivalent degree CA qualification (or equivalent) Excellent skills in leading project teams to deliver finance projects or internal improvement activities Experience in risk & controls, process optimisation, financial reporting, technical accounting, management accounting or budgeting Critical analytical skills including the ability to identify and provide meaningful insights to clients.
