Who you are:
- 3 years of experience managing a team
- Experience as a technical business analyst
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other relevant MarTech tools
- Knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices
- Experience with using JIRA and Confluence
- Experience with data integration and API concepts (Preferred)
- Experience working in a marketing department (Preferred)
What you'll be doing:
- Lead across all MarTech developers and foster a collaborative and high-performing culture
- Assign tasks, set clear expectations, and provide regular feedback to the team
- Helping to define and refine solution requirements ready for prioritisation and development
- Lead testing with documentation and execution
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of MarTech projects, ensuring they are aligned with business goals and delivered on time and within budget
- Plan, prioritise, and track project timelines and milestones
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
- Key role in agile software development, including estimations, planning, user story acceptance and release activities
- Manage the product backlog, including prioritisation, grooming and defect
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the MarTech industry
- Provide technical guidance and support to the development team
- Collaborate with business analysts and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Implement robust quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions
- Conduct regular code reviews and testing to identify and fix defects
- Monitor system performance and address any issues promptly
- Prioritise defects and code reviews by peers
