Who you are:
* 3 years of experience managing a team
* Experience as a technical business analyst
* Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
* Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other relevant MarTech tools
* Knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices
* Experience with using JIRA and Confluence
* Experience with data integration and API concepts (Preferred)
* Experience working in a marketing department (Preferred)
What you'll be doing:
* Lead across all MarTech developers and foster a collaborative and high-performing culture
* Assign tasks, set clear expectations, and provide regular feedback to the team
* Helping to define and refine solution requirements ready for prioritisation and development
* Lead testing with documentation and execution
* Manage the end-to-end delivery of MarTech projects, ensuring they are aligned with business goals and delivered on time and within budget
* Plan, prioritise, and track project timelines and milestones
* Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
* Key role in agile software development, including estimations, planning, user story acceptance and release activities
* Manage the product backlog, including prioritisation, grooming and defect
* Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the MarTech industry
* Provide technical guidance and support to the development team
* Collaborate with business analysts and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
* Implement robust quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions
* Conduct regular code reviews and testing to identify and fix defects
* Monitor system performance and address any issues promptly
* Prioritise defects and code reviews by peers
