**The role**:
- Preparing regular logistics reports.
- Aid in data analysis of inventory levels across all warehouses and provide insights into any potential issues or inefficiencies.
- Operation system support (SAP & WMS) - ensuring they are functioning efficiently and smooth logistics operations.
- WMS system testing, including all the logistics operations - processing sales orders, receiving purchase orders, stock adjustment, etc.
- Support the Logistics team in any other administrative and logistics-related duties as required.
**Requirements**:
- Australian working rights.
- Advanced capabilities in the use of Microsoft Excel including but not limited to advanced formulas and pivot tables (Marco is desired not essential).
- Basic PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook skills.
- Ability to learn new systems quickly.
- High attention to detail and an obsession with data quality.
- Desired skills (not essential): Data analytics skills - programming languages.
- Experience in a similar role is preferred.
