We're seeking a driven HSE Advisor / Manager to lead safety across exciting Class 2 residential & mixed-use commercial projects. With live projects underway and more launching soon, this is your chance to join a growing business that puts safety first.

What You'll Be Doing
* Lead and support safety across multiple live sites
* Conduct inspections, risk assessments & audits
* Manage inductions, SWMS reviews, permits, and incident investigations
* Drive a positive safety culture through mentoring and engagement
* Ensure compliance with WHS legislation and internal systems (Procore & HammerTech)
* Travel between Eastern Suburbs sites with flexibility to work from head office (Belrose) when required
What We're Looking For
* Experience as a HSE Advisor / Coordinator / Manager in construction
* Strong knowledge of WHS legislation (Class 2 residential/commercial experience a bonus)
* Confidence using Procore, HammerTech & Microsoft Office Suite
* A proactive communicator who can build trust with site teams and subcontractors
