OverviewGraduate Analyst – Shareholder Analytics role at Automic Group.

Our core values—Customer Success, Ambition, Equality and Team—are at the foundation of who we are and how we operate.ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will analyse data to identify key trends that support enhanced client service and drive operational improvements.You will collaborate closely with managers and team members to assist with stakeholder analysis, helping to inform engagement strategies.Support Automic Group's market intelligence services; contribute to research and reporting activities that guide strategic decisions.Assist managers and senior analysts with various analytical tasks, ensuring accurate and timely outputs.Prepare Shareholder Analysis Reports and conduct Custodian Traces using Excel and internal web-based platforms.Perform general data entry and administrative duties with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.QualificationsTertiary qualification in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics or a related discipline.Strong Excel skills, including use of formulas, pivot tables, and data manipulation for reporting and analysis.Analytical thinking with the ability to identify trends, interpret data, and support stakeholder and shareholder analysis.Understanding of market intelligence and interest in financial markets.Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to contribute to reports and engage with internal and external stakeholders.Strong attention to detail with accurate data entry skills and the ability to work across spreadsheets and web-based platforms.DiversityCreating a workforce that actively embraces diversity, inclusion and a sense of belonging is key to our success.
