Develop, monitor and report on progress for agreed strategies.
Lead and promote the business at national, regional, and office events.
Drive and lead on business development initiatives.
Lead and mentor a hard-working team and set clear objectives in line with business strategy to measure and manage performance.
Desired skills and experience
Agricultural consultant background with some practical farm management experience.
Expertise in farm business operations and relevant financial structures.
Strong leadership skills and experience; recruitment, coaching, team management.
Excellent communication, media, negotiation, and public speaking skills.
