Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Manager to oversee our team of technicians and ensure the highest standard of safety and quality work.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of service provision, including sourcing labour, scheduling, pricing, and invoicing. They will also be responsible for maintaining customer relationships and ensuring that customer demands are fully investigated and solutions provided.

Key Responsibilities

* Maintaining Customer Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
* Scheduling and Labour Management: Oversee the scheduling of work orders and allocate tasks to the field service team to ensure efficient use of resources.
* Pricing and Invoicing: Determine prices for services and ensure accurate invoicing to meet customer requirements.
* Quality Assurance: Monitor and improve the quality of work performed by the field service team to ensure high standards are met.



Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* Trade Certification: Possess a trade certification in a relevant field (e.g. mechanical or electrical engineering).
* Leadership Experience: Demonstrate experience in leading teams and providing guidance to staff.
* Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Utilize analytical skills to troubleshoot problems and develop creative solutions.
* Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
