Full Job Description Position: Site Managers (2 positions available) Location: Perth SoR, WA Salary: $160k - $180k Super About the Role: Due to a solid pipeline of work, two openings have emerged for experienced Site Managers to join a highly successful building contractor. These roles are based South of the River, with projects currently starting in the Fremantle and Hammond Park areas. You will be responsible for leading the delivery of $25m projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and to a high standard. This is a fantastic opportunity for a site leader who wants to work closer to home in the southern suburbs while managing significant, high-profile builds for a stable and growing company. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all daily activities on-site to ensure project milestones are met. Coordinate and manage various trades to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow. Enforce strict OHS standards to maintain a safe working environment for everyone. Manage the construction of $25m projects from initial site works through to completion. Conduct regular inspections to ensure all work meets the required architectural and structural specs. Work closely with project managers and consultants to provide regular site updates. What You'll Bring: Proven track record as a Site Manager on commercial or high-end residential projects. Based South of the River or happy to work in the Fremantle/Hammond Park area. Strong understanding of site logistics, structural works, and finishing trades. Ability to motivate site teams and drive subcontractors to hit critical deadlines.
