Marketing manager

• Location: Epping (5 days in office) Free onsite parking
• Salary: $130,000 - $140,000 per annum + Super
• Position Type: Full-time

We are seeking a strategic and hands‐on Marketing Manager within the manufacturing industry to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and business growth. Reporting to the Sales and Marketing Director, you will lead the marketing team, manage day‐to‐day operations, and execute campaigns aligned with our commercial objectives.

• Strategy & Leadership: Develop and execute the annual marketing plan, calendar, and KPIs.
• Team & Agency Management: Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team while managing external agency relationships.
• Campaign Execution: Deliver integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, events, and direct channels.
• Digital & Brand: Oversee website strategy, SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and content creation.
• Financials & Reporting: Manage the department budget, analyse campaign ROI, and provide comprehensive monthly reports.
• Industry Representation: Represent the company at trade shows and support the sales team with presentations.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of marketing or marketing management experience.
• Proven track record in strategic planning, lead generation, and digital marketing (SEO, SEM, CRM).
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team and budgets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
