Industrial Contract Administrator
We are seeking an experienced Industrial Contract Administrator to join our team. As a key member of the project delivery team, you will play a critical role in supporting project delivery across procurement, financial control, and commercial management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage subcontractor and supplier procurement, contracts, and variations
* Prepare and review scopes, trade packages, and tender submissions
* Assist with forecasting, budget management, and cost reporting
* Monitor project financials and cashflow, ensuring accurate documentation
* Collaborate with project teams on design, delivery, and client reporting
* Ensure compliance with company systems (ProcurePro, Salesforce, Aconex)
* Support senior leadership with project administration and client liaison
Requirements:
* 2+ years' experience as a Contract Administrator (industrial or commercial projects preferred)
* Strong knowledge of procurement, contracts, and construction financials
* Experience using contract management software (Procore/ProcurePro/Aconex desirable)
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Attention to detail with a commercial mindset
